Terms and Conditions for Get Commercial with Us
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any Get Commercial with Us courses ("Course"). By enrolling in a Course, you agree to comply with these Terms. The Course is provided by Get Commercial with Us Pty Ltd, an Australian registered business, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our."
2. Course Enrolment
By enrolling in the Get Commercial with Us course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Enrolment is contingent on your agreement to abide by all rules and obligations set forth herein.
3. Payment Terms
You have the option to pay for the Course in full or via a payment plan. The total fee for the course will be outlined at the time of your enrolment. We reserve the right to modify our course prices from time to time. Any price changes will only affect new enrolments and will not impact existing payment plans or fully paid enrolments. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes through our website and other communication channels.
4. Payment Plan
If you select the payment plan option, you are committing to paying the agreed-upon instalment amounts for the full duration of the plan. Each instalment must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of enrolment. If any payment is missed or not made on time, you will be considered in default.
5. Non-Payment and Access to Course Materials
If you fail to make a required payment for the Course, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend access to Course materials and resources
- Withdraw you from the Course immediately
- Cancel your eligibility for a completion certificate
- Withhold any Course certification until all payments have been made
6. Completion Certificate
Completion of the Course and eligibility for a Course completion certificate is contingent upon the full payment of all Course fees. If you have enrolled under a payment plan and fail to complete the payments, you will not be issued a completion certificate, even if you have completed the Course content.
7. Pursuit of Final Payment
In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding amount. This may include using debt recovery agencies or other means to recover any unpaid fees. You agree to bear any costs related to the recovery of unpaid amounts, including legal fees or collection costs.
8. Withdrawal from the Course
You may voluntarily withdraw from the Course at any time by notifying us in writing. However, any outstanding payments remain due and payable, and the non-payment policy outlined above will apply.
9. Course Modifications and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify the Course content, structure, or scheduling. If we cancel the Course, we will provide a full refund for any payments made.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Course, including but not limited to documents, videos, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Get Commercial with Us and are protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties regarding the success or outcome of your participation in the Course. Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid for the Course, and we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Any personal information you provide will be used solely to deliver the Course and communicate with you regarding your enrolment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that state.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will communicate any changes to you, and your continued participation in the Course will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
